Fuckin arm bars piss me off, because every once in a while, some dumbass jacks your arm way up past your shoulder blades, and the inbred fuck ref doesn't call it, and you end up getting pinned after you were kickin some kids ass and the only reason you got in that position anyway is because the fucker kept running out of bounds and you got screwed on the bottom.
Trust me.
If you stay off your belly, you don't have to worry about arm bars. Something to think about.
